Keith McGahan, JD, MBA

Keith M. McGahan serves on the Board of Directors for WiNK Therapeutics, an innovative biotech startup pioneering unique aptamer technology aimed at revolutionizing therapeutic solutions. He also serves as the Chief Legal Officer of ALG Senior, leveraging over two decades of extensive legal and compliance expertise in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries. Additionally, Mr. McGahan is a dedicated member of the Board of Directors for Provectus Alliance, a forward-thinking non-profit organization focused on enhancing senior healthcare.

Before joining Wink Therapeutics, Mr. McGahan demonstrated exceptional leadership and strategic vision at Spectrum Pharmaceuticals (NASDAQ: SPPI), where he served as Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer, and Corporate Secretary from 2018 until the company’s successful acquisition in September 2023. His earlier roles at Spectrum included Vice President, Chief Compliance Officer, and Assistant General Counsel from August 2016 to 2018, where he played a pivotal role in navigating regulatory complexities and ensuring corporate compliance.

From 2015 to August 2016, Mr. McGahan brought his legal acumen to Avanir Pharmaceuticals Inc., a biotech company celebrated for its innovative therapies addressing central nervous system disorders, serving as Assistant General Counsel. From 2012 to 2015, he led healthcare compliance initiatives at the globally recognized Johnson & Johnson as Director of Healthcare Compliance, solidifying his reputation for fostering regulatory excellence and ethical practices.

Earlier in his career, he provided exemplary service as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer of the Naval Hospital at Camp Pendleton from 2007 to 2011, delivering critical legal oversight and compliance strategies. Prior to that, from 2003 to 2007, he was Assistant General Counsel to the Navy Surgeon General, where he managed complex legal matters within a demanding military framework.
